My Story
As a survivor of child sexual abuse, cervical cancer, narcissistic abuse and family trauma and after over 25 years in a corporate world, I found myself on a quest for true fulfillment, happiness and prosperity. I always knew deep inside that my life's purpose was to use my experiences and gifts to illuminate the path for others and I sought to fulfill that desire.
Through my own trials and tests of perseverance, I consistently found ways to channel my intuitive nature and compassion to bring love and light to those in need. Known for sound advice and spontaneous quotes, I've always been drawn to the peculiar and to the needs of others—or they to me—and my words of wisdom have brought solace and confidence to those on significant journeys. This compassion and dedication to want others to succeed ultimately inspired me to leave Corporate America in order to focus on being a resource to others who are seeking clarity in their personal and professional pursuits.
Public speaker and now, recognized as 'The Coaches Coach,' who enthusiastically proclaims "It's promotion season! (tm)," I have offered guidance to C-suite executives, therapists, social workers, sales/customer service teams, and individuals seeking personal guidance. I have guided several individuals towards successful entrepreneurial ventures over the past 15 years. As a Success Coach with expertise and certifications in project and change management, Six Sigma, UX design, and experience in nonprofit, health/life insurance, government, and private sectors, I have a wide range which provides versatility in how we can assist in achieving your business and personal goals.
Currently, I serve as the administrator to the Executive Pastor of South Church/Global Joy in Cherry Hill, Maryland, current Advisory Board Member of Rockford University’s Women In Leadership Program, and member of the Worldwide Women’s Association. As the mother of two incredible adults who have blessed me with the role of NaNa to two beautiful girls and fiction writing under the pen name, Elle Cole The Writer, I can affirm that my faith and joy remain my guiding lights, and it is this light that will lead YOU on your path to success.
I look forward to helping you find your path to success.
